David Gibbons

David Gibbons attended Moseley Art School in Birmingham, then Birmingham College of Art for 2 years full-time, before attending for a further 4 years part-time, when at a fine Printing Company where he was an Apprentice. This was a complete grounding in many Art disciplines: Watercolour Oil, Marbling, Etching, Printing, in many forms Calligraphy, etc. A  change of career followed with a course with the Y.M.C.A. and then work for the YMCA,  before Bexley London borough, and a heart attack at age 55 which led to early retirement and picking up Art and freedom to experiment in many styles, as shown on his website  davidgibbons.weebly.com
